I bought my home with the services of Ruhl & Ruhl. When I was offered a promotion that required relocation after only 2 years, I never hesitated in contacting Ruhl & Ruhl to assist with this. My original realtor had changed career path so I researched realtors on Ruhl & Ruhl's website and selected Tracy Rogers. She has a high number of recommendations, and I needed someone that could help me even if I moved out of state during the process. From the first meeting through the whole process, I adored Tracy. She is professional while also being personable. She walked me through everything and gave me the benefit of her experience while also understanding my goals. Tracy and I had a somewhat atypical experience when my home went under contract on the same day it was listed. However, Ruhl & Ruhl had worked with me on the buying side, knowing my career required frequent relocation, to invest in a great neighborhood and be at the right price point. I cannot recommend Tracy Rogers and Ruhl & Ruhl higher than the excellent rating but I would give a superlative if I could!
